Please read the following before placing your order:

  • All of the styles offered in the Swim are made to order and sewn specifically for you.

  • Once your order is placed you have 24hrs to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  • All made to order pieces can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship.

  • No returns or exchanges on any made to order or sale pieces after the 24hr window. (see below for alteration info)

  • Exchanges for in-store credit only, accepted for all apparel and pre made pieces.

  • Customer service is one of our top priorities. If your order is incorrect, or defective, we will do the best we can to fix it.

  • International customers are able to order from this website, but are liable for all import, duties, and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. 

  • Customers are liable for shipping costs associated with returns and alterations.

  • Small imperfections may be present as this is a handmade product.

  • Holiday apparel orders placed after November 15th will be able to be returned or exchanged in like new condition until January 1st.

 Alterations

At Bad Moon Suits we are happy to offer alterations and fixes on our swimwear to prolong the lifetime of your pieces and to fix any fit issues you may have with your suit.

  • Any order made to custom measurements is given one free sizing fix within 3 months of purchase. Please send an email to badmoonsuits@gmail.com with your alteration notes, photos, and order number to begin the process.

  • If you did not include your measurements with your order, we are still happy to do a fix or fit for you. To start the process please add the “alteration fee” product to your cart and fill out the form provided. You will be contacted shortly after with more info and a turn around time.

  • All customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with fixes/alterations.

  • Alterations do not include major style adjustment that diverge from the original design of the piece.

What does it mean when your made to order page is unavailable?

This means my orders are currently full. Subscribe to my news letter or follow me on Instagram to see when they will re-open.

If I see a colour on the Instagram does that mean its available?

Not necessarily. The only colours available for made to order purchases are the ones listed on the fabric page at the time of your purchase.

Can I request any fit customizations?

Yes, within reason. I am happy to make any of my styles slightly altered for your convenience. This includes things like a higher rise, more coverage on the front, longer straps, etc.
